What We Do...

You call us or email us with questions to talk about your concerns. We listen to you over the phone to make sure our parent coaches can help you with your needs.

We listen to you. We understand you. We want to make sure that you get the help you need and want.

If we think that you can benefit from a different type of help, then we will  provide you information for additional resources.

To help you, we will ask you a series of questions to narrow down your needs to a few goals. At that time, you and the coach will decide how many meetings you and your Coach should have. Typically we begin with 3-6 meetings to make sure of the match between your Coach and family. We will meet in your home or a convenient location for you, and begin to work on your goals.

We will meet as often as we need to in order to meet your goals. Our schedules are flexible. We try to work around work schedules and school schedules as best as we can.

When we meet, we will talk about anything that happened since the last time we met and continue with our goal plan.

We follow the goal plan accordingly but understand that when change occurs in one area, chances are, changes are occurring in other areas.

We practice newly learned skills and make sure you are comfortable using them by role playing, and if your children are with you, we will practice with them as well.  

Your Coach will give you work to do before your next meeting.

Often times your Coach will utilize situations that come up when the Coach is with you to give you the opportunity to practice your skills immediately, and with help.
